1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
- The product has any functional issue within the warranty/return period.
- No replacement request will be accepted without an unboxing video.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged/defective product are mandatory for verification.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.
4. Replacement Policy
- If your product is defective or has any issue, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item.
- Exchanged or Replacement product will be delivered with in 7 days.
- In case the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or exchange with another product of equal value.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return/refund.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories will not be accepted.

Prelium’s defective-product commitment
If a customer’s unboxing video clearly shows that the product is defective, no shipping charges apply to its approved return or replacement. Contact Prelium support with the video and order details for verification and pickup arrangements. This commitment applies to products delivered in India.
Other approved return pickups
For other approved India returns, the customer pays ₹180 for return shipping, and Prelium arranges courier pickup after receiving the payment. This charge does not apply to a defective product clearly shown in the customer’s unboxing video. The eligibility, 7-day reporting window, packaging, evidence and inspection requirements above continue to apply; change-of-mind returns are not offered.
For an approved covered replacement, there is no additional product charge. The Prelium 20W adapter has a separate 6-month (180-day) warranty. Its ₹180 warranty-shipping charge is also waived when the defect is clearly shown in the customer’s unboxing video. Original-order delivery is free.
