Before placing an order

Check the selected product option, phone compatibility, supplied accessories, delivery address and PIN code. Our buying guides can help you compare features. Available payment options and the final total appear at checkout. Where partial COD is offered, review the amount due now and the remaining balance due on delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. After processing, the published delivery estimates are 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 for tier 2 and 3 cities, and 7–10 for remote areas. Courier availability and other circumstances may affect these estimates. Read the full shipping policy for details.

If something is wrong with your order

  1. Contact support within 7 days of delivery for an eligible return, refund or replacement request.
  2. Include the order number, product name and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Keep the original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals. The published policy requires clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
  4. Follow the support team’s return instructions. Read the refund and replacement policy for eligibility, inspection and refund timing.
