1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is different from what you ordered.
- The product has any functional issue within the warranty/return period.
- No replacement request will be accepted without an unboxing video.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged/defective product are mandatory for verification.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.
4. Replacement Policy
- If your product is defective or has any issue, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item.
- Exchanged or Replacement product will be delivered with in 7 days.

In case the product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or exchange with another product of equal value.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return/refund.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories will not be accepted.
