1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received is different from what you ordered.
• The product has any functional issue within the warranty/return period.
• No replacement request will be accepted without an unboxing video.

2. Conditions for Return

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
• A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged/defective product are mandatory for verification.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

• If your product is defective or has any issue, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item.
• Exchanged or Replacement product will be delivered with in 7 days.
