ANC and call noise cancellation: what changes?
ANC reduces certain surrounding sounds for the listener. Microphone noise reduction aims to help the person on the other end of a call hear your voice. A listing that promises clearer calls does not automatically promise quieter listening. Prelium Pro 2 lists ANC, but its effectiveness has not been independently measured for this guide.
When researching the best ANC wireless earbuds under ₹2,000, check the exact model's listening-noise-control specification. Explore earbuds listed with ANC. Do not confuse Nord Buds 3r with similarly named OnePlus models.
Which earbuds have better bass?
We cannot establish this from price or driver size alone. Ear-tip seal, fit, equaliser settings and the recording affect perceived bass. A larger driver is not proof of better sound. For a fair comparison, use the same tracks, similar safe volume and the best-fitting tips. Our comparison helps you shortlist features rather than presenting an invented listening test.
Battery and everyday device switching
Nord Buds 3r's advertised playback figures are measured under laboratory conditions, including 50% volume in AAC mode. Calls, settings and volume change results. Its listed dual-device connection may help if you switch between compatible devices; verify how it works with your phone and laptop before purchasing.
For Prelium Pro 2, choose by fit, the listed controls and phone support. Confirm the pop-up pairing behaviour for your specific phone. We do not promise Apple-specific functions or an Apple warranty.
Which should you choose?
Choose Prelium Pro 2 if you prefer its silicone-tip design and want to explore its listed ANC and supported pop-up pairing. Choose Nord Buds 3r if its documented playback and device-switching features match your routine. If strong listening ANC is essential, confirm it on the exact model before ordering.
