How to make a warranty claim
Follow these steps for your Prelium 20W USB-C PD adapter. The 6-month warranty is separate from the 7-day eligible return window.
Keep your box & order details
Retain the original adapter box and have your order number and delivery date ready. This product is adapter-only; a charging cable is not included.
Show the charging issue
Record a clear video showing the charger connected to a power socket and the cable connected to your mobile phone, with the phone failing to charge. Share the video with Prelium support.
Submit & arrange shipping
Contact Prelium within the warranty period. The customer pays ₹180 (waived for defects clearly shown in the unboxing video) for warranty shipping, payable when placing your replacement request. Our team will provide the hub address and shipping instructions.
What happens at our hub?
We inspect and test the charger after receiving it. If a covered fault is confirmed, you will receive a new replacement charger. If the charger is working correctly, the same charger will be returned; shipping remains payable by the customer.
Adapter-only warranty
This warranty covers the Prelium 20W adapter only. A separately purchased charging cable is not covered by this adapter warranty. Keep the original box. Replacement support is provided by Prelium, not Apple.
